Please do not simply amend or cancel your order or-else we are not able to reserve the item for you next time, hope you can understand our difficulty.
1) The price is fixed, non-negotiable
2) The picture is not real picture, our supplier is copy the latest fashion design and therefore colour, material, measurement and design may be slightly difference. Please do not place order if customer can not accept this. As we are short of hand, not able to provide real picture.
3) Price not included postage, otherwise stated.
4) We deliver according to the order details, if any amendmend please check and confirm the order （ product and consignee detail) before payment make.
5) The order will only reserve for 2 days.
6) If the item order is out of stock we will refund to customer. For pre-order customer can request for refund for the if the item not able to post out within12 working days after payment made ( if pay after 6pm consider as next day order).

8) We will post the ready stock item on the same working day and courier take 1-2 working days to deliver. We can not guarantee when your order will reach you as courier service is beyond our control.
9) Customer should understand that we are selling item with few rinngit up to RM20-RM30 average, where the item sometime might have very minor defect ( not sew properly /dirty), even we try our best to inspect the item but our staff is human, so might have human error where they overlook it. If you are looking for perfect item and can not accept minor defect, we suggest you not to place order on our website.
10) Once sold the item are not exchangeable or returnable unless with our permission. If we allow you to exchange or return, please follow the exchange/ return policy.
11) The shop owner may amend the Rules and Regulations as and when necessary
Please note that the size is fixed by the factory and it might be slightly bigger or smaller than the table, we can not guarantee the size is suitable for you compare with what you normally wear.
Anyway it normally follow with the standard size with 0.5 cm variance. If the cutting is obviously big or small which we know from customer feedback, then we will try our best to indicate.
The example of the shoes measurement as below, we take the longest part from front to end, below shoes size is 38 with 24 cm length. If you are very particular with the size, please leave message at the comment part below the shoes asking for the actual length and our customer service will reply you as soon as they have completed the shipment of the day.

How long is the shipping?
Ready stock order: 3-5 Days

What are the shipping guidelines?
We strive to pack and ship all orders on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday after payment is received by 6pm the day before shipment. Orders made on Saturday/Sunday will only be shipped on Monday.
What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
We mainly use Poslaju for their fast and reliable delivery services. They also provide online tracking facility so we can always find out what is the status of the delivery conveniently. You usually get your order on the next business day after we have delivered them (within West Malaysia). We charge only RM8 for the first 1kg (around four pieces of clothes) within West Malaysia. If your order is more than RM300, we even give you FREE delivery (for West Malaysia only).
Any items returned to us without consult our sales team beforehand will not be entertained. All returned requests/enquiries must be made within 7 days after the item is received. The returned item must be in its original packaging together with its original tags and accessories, unwashed, and unaltered. Shipping fee for sending back the returned item shall be borne by customer unless it's a direct fault from our side includes:
- We delivered wrong item to the customer.
- We delivered a major damaged item.
We will check and ensure no major defect before sending out to customer. We DO NOT entertain refund request/enquiry on criterias below, please ensure you read this through before placing any order for preorder items:
- Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.
- The apparel doesn’t look as good as what the customer thought. Customer must check out the measurements and description before making an order.
- The customer doesn't like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design. Will not be entertained.
- The apparel doesn't fit the customer perfectly. Please check measurement and size as detailed on our product detail page. We measured our apparel to our best effort and as detail as possible. Please check these details before making a purchase.
- Loose button, loosely sew or untidy thread.
- Missing accessories from supplier
- If customers have given us an undelivered address or contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, or parcel is returned due to not collected by customer, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to customer. Customer will have to pay the additional shipping for resending the parcel.
We will inform the customer by email of any returned parcel. Parcel that is unclaimed after 7 days from the email sent will be disposed and not claimable anymore.
